MyMandp’s Cancellation and Refund Policy are as follows:
1. Buyers will get a Full Refund
(a) If they cancel their bookings before meeting our representatives.
(b) Cancel within more than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.
Both the conditions will have to be met for a full refund minus transaction charges deducted by a payment gateway.
2. Buyers will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee
(a) If the buyer has met our representatives before cancellation.
(b) If the buyer cancels in less than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.
3. NO CANCELLATION is possible if 1 calendar day is remaining till the day of the event.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
